The lectures in this themed issue shed light on the spiritual companionship given to human beings. Every human being, whether or not he has a belief, has various guardian spirits at his side, who fulfill a task with him on behalf of God and Christ. Relatives who have already passed on may also be among them. Every human being, however, has a leading guardian spirit, a principal guide, who is particularly connected with him and takes care of him. The relationship a human being has with his guardian spirits is of great significance; the closer the connection he has with them, the greater the possibility that he can sense what advice and instruction they wish to give him for his life.
